Everyday when i woke up, i always practiced all of these in order to have a very good day. Because it is you who make yourself feel better and at the same time can create a good result throughout the day. So this is the things that I can share with all of you in order to keep looking young. =)
1. Get enough sleep
When you have enough sleep you will have so much energy. Before you go sleep, you have to clear up everything in your mind. Even how bad it is, just get everything out from your mind. Most healthy adults need at least 8 hours of sleep each night to function at their best.
2. Wake yourself up earlier
You will have enough time to prepare yourself to go to work. When you have enough time, you can dress up well. Put on some make light makeup in order to make your face look sweet, brighter and fresh looking.
3. Drink a glass of lukewarm water
You get up from the sleep, after brushed your teeth wash your face and so on, drink a glass of white water. Wait at least 45 minutes before having any coffee or tea or breakfast. Do you know that a glass of water every morning is a key to keep your young looking for good? It is so true ladies ;)
4. Plan your day
Everything in life we need to start with Plan. Without plan it’s hard for us to have well time management. So, plan what you want to do. You should list down which company you will visit, who is client that you going to meet up with, meeting and so on.
5. Greet your guests, associates, friends, bosses, colleagues and etc
With your greets to everyone’s around you, indirectly it will give yourself positive feeling with their reply and smile towards you. You can create the confident on yourself just because of your greet to everyone.
6. Don’t forget your breakfast sweetie
Breakfast is very-very important after all. Eating a healthy breakfast is the best way to start off your day. You will have enough energy to complete your tasks. Skipping breakfast is a common strategy for losing weight, but not a smart one. Eating a good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day.
