The Gift of NOTHING

Posted on 06:33 by Unknown
THE GIFT OF NOTHING. I know it sound funny. But it is true actually.

Well this is had happened where I hardly to figure out on what to give for my friend's birthday. Literally I received many things (can say expensive things) from him. I haven't give him anything yet till his birthday is past. So until one day, we went to his favorite outlet "Armani Exchange". when he about want to pay, I told him, his brother looking for him. "Urgent!" Then i took the opportunity to pay the T-shirt and considered as his birthday gift. Because I've no idea what to give to him. hAhAa...

But I think this is a good idea as well when you can't even think what to buy for your friend, bF, etc... but, maybe I will... someday... hAhAa

Congratulations!

you have received the gift of nothing. Absolutely nothing. This is the ultimate in minimalism. Less is more, more or less. Nothing is precious. Nothing is simple. Nothing is sacred.

Open the pack and be enthralled when nothing happens. Allow NOTHING to flow through your mind and calm your soul. Savour the moment. Soon you'll discover that nothing really is so much better than something.

When you having problem in selecting what gift to give to your friends or beloved one, try this! it's fun!

My Beauty Diary Pearl Black Mask

STEPS:
1.  Cleanse face thoroughly before applying mask
2.  Excess essence from the packaging may be applied on the neck by massage
3.  After 20 minutes, remove mask and gently massage face to assist absorption
4.  Rinsing is not required
5.  You may apply toner, moisturizer etc. after application
6.  Use daily for maximum effect

REVIEW:
Normally, I will use the mask until 30-40 minutes and use once a week.  Well, as for myself, I don’t like it very much because it is watery.  But, I do like the smell. It is powder smell. After taken shower, while relaxing myself and online, I will do masking. After applied it, I just use cotton to remove excess liquid and just leave it dry. As a result I felt my skin soft and nourish. My skin tone is brighter than before. Apart from that, I’m using the Aqualabel White Up Lotion. Probably it is because of the combination I guess. I want to try the black pearl next time ;)

DIY: Make your own Lip Gloss

Posted on 04:52 by Unknown
Hello ladies!

I want to show you something interesting. Sometimes, you might think that you want to produce your own lip gloss that suit the colour you like. Well, let’s try this!

All we need is:
1. Vaseline Pure Petroleum
2. Pigmented Eye shadow/ lipstick and micro silver glitter
3. Vitamin E
4. Empty container and spatula

Steps:
First, place the Vaseline Pure Petroleum in the empty container. Add some of your favourite eye shadow. Make sure that the eye shadow got some glitter on it. You can add any colour. It’s your own lip gloss remember. You can choose whatever colour you like *wink wink* you can choose either to use eye shadow or lipstick. If you use lip stick, after mixed the lipstick together with the Vaseline petroleum jelly, add some silver glitter on it. The final touch is pour a little bit of Vitamin E. Now you’re done!

As you all know, Vaseline® Petroleum Jelly is a mixture of mineral oils, paraffin and microcrystalline waxes that, when blended together, and create something remarkable.

Vitamin E is acts as an antioxidant, which means it fights against the skin cell damage believed to be caused by free radicals. Vitamin E also is believed to protect skin from damage directly caused by ultraviolet rays. Your lips are often exposed to the sun and don't contain the protective pigment melanin, so mixing a lip care product with vitamin E can help protect your lips during the day and possibly repair damage after the day is done. [Source: American Academy of Dermatology].

As a result, your lips will look soft and have a youthful texture because of it will moisturize and soothing, softens your lips and help to prevent chapping. And yes, you have your favourite colour lip gloss!

Hime Gyaru

Posted on 06:12 by Unknown

Here is some interesting fact about Hime Gyaru.

Hair
Like most Gyarus, Himegyarus have super big, curly hair that range from light blonde to light brown. To get that beehive look, tease your hair with a rat tail comb, mist it with hair spray and pin it up with bobby bins. Use an one inch barrel curling iron on the bottom for the curls.

Makeup
As for the makeup, you will need:

* Flawless porcelain skin. You will hardly see a tan Himegyaru so ditch the self-tanner, stay away from the sun and use sunscreen every day.

* Dramatic eyeliner. The eyes are always lined heavily in black on both top and bottom. MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack is perfect for this.

* Brown eyeshadow on the eyelid and under the eye to add in depth.

* Long, thick eyelashes. Use fake lashes if necessary.

* Baby pink/peach blush applied on the apples.

* Clothes and Accessories
Lots and lots of pink, ribbons, pearls, laces, flowers, bling bling and heels are pretty much the basics. Nails must also be perfectly done.

Foundation

Posted on 05:24 by Unknown
Foundation is one of best friend for ladies. So here are some tips on foundation.
•    Your foundation should match your face and neck, so don't try it on your hand or arm for color a match.
•    Use a foundation with a sunscreen with at least SPF 15 to prevent future skin damage.
•    Liquid foundation can settle and separate, so remember to shake it up before use.
•    Don't use the same one all year long. Blending colors sometimes is the only way to get a perfect match.
•    Don't forget to apply foundation on your eyelids, lips and into your neck for a more natural look. This also is a good setting for eye shadow and lipstick and helps it stay on longer.
•    For clear complexions, sometimes all you need is a tinted moisturizer for a natural look.
•    Liquid foundation is usually water based and is best for dry skin. Use a sponge or your fingers to blend from the nose, out.
•    For dry skin, apply a light moisturizer before your foundation.
•    Powder foundation is ideal for oily skin and will help reduce shine.
•    Apply loose translucent powder with a large cosmetics brush to "set" your foundation and keep it from running in hot and humid weather.
•    Use a concealer for those nasty blemishes and pat lightly with pressed powder.
•    If your foundation is too heavy, add a couple drops of moisturizer to thin.
•    After applying make-up, go outside or near a window to check for blunders.
